The Regional Forensic Liaison serves as the central contact for the forensic reentry planning services for Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties. The Regional Forensic Liaison creates and coordinates the linkages to community services for persons with serious mental illnesses who are involved in the criminal justice system and planning to return to the community.
