The SE Region of Pennsylvania collaborates with the PA Department of Corrections in order to facilitate the reentry planning needs for individuals returning to the region.
Pre-register online for these trainingMental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a public education program that teaches the skills needed to identify, understand, and respond to signs of behavioral health challenges or crises. First Aid is given until appropriate supports are received.
The SE Regional MH Office is partnering with the five counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia as well as with the state of Pennsylvania on several projects to collect mental health data for analysis and effective reporting. These statistics are specifically, but not limited to, areas within forensics, state hospitals and community-based programs and are used to help us move forward with a proactive approach to mental/behavioral health and to better serve the residents of our counties.
The Mental Health Departments in the southeast counties of Pennsylvania (Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia), collaboratively plan and develop regional specialized support services for adults (18+) who have serious mental illness.
